Retirement Benefits
457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan
On your journey to retirement, start by setting a little aside regularly by enrolling in a deferred compensation plan. Enrolling in the plan can help you save automatically and lower your taxable income.
457B (Pre-tax and Roth) combined 2023 limit is $22,500. Employees aged 50 and over can contribute an additional $7,500.
401(a) Matching Contribution Plan for Staff Employees
Eligible full-time staff employees can take advantage of LBT’s 401(a) Matching Contribution Plan. Every dollar you save up to 5% is matched to help you build a larger retirement for the future.
