LBT recognizes that consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to providing quality transportation services to our customers. The Perfect Attendance Award is attained when an employee has no Attendance Incidents during 11/1/19 – 10/31/20 award year, this includes absence, tardy, or miss-out.
