They analyze job needs, source potential candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and promote the company brand. They attend community events such as job fairs, school events, and informational sessions. Additionally, they facilitate onboarding to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Their goal is to build a strong workforce that aligns with the company’s values and objectives.
