Costume Contest

Think you can scare up the winning costume? Join the costume contest, dress up and find out!

Voting will be broken down into the following categories: Scariest, Funniest and Most Original. There will be one winner per category and each winner will receive a $25 gift card.

Contest Details

Snap a picture of yourself wearing your costume.
Include your name, department and the title of your costume.
Send it to Communications and Marketing Coordinator Emily Rasmussen via text at 562.822.4225 or via email at [email protected].

The deadline to submit costume photos is by midnight on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024.

Online voting will start at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, through end of day Monday, Nov. 4, 2024. Winners will be announced Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024.

Spooky Bus

Everyone is welcome to enjoy a spooky room at LBT1 and LBT2. Come visit the decorated rooms and walk through, if you dare! Join your colleagues for treats.

LBT1: In front of the main lobby, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024.
LBT2: In the bus parking lot, near the Operator Lounge, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024.

Lunch at LBTCO

Calling all LBTCO employees! Join us for a spooktacular BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) gathering at the Alamitos Bay Landing Conference Room from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024. Non-uniformed employees are welcome to dress in costume. There will be tricks and treats for those who are brave enough to appear!
